Alistair Mawdsley spent two decades at Virgin Media O2, most recently as Head of Digital Product Management, leading eCommerce, digital customer care, and AI product strategy, matrix managing 300+ stakeholders across four product functions.

He scaled My O2's digital revenue from £1m to £500m annualised, built AI personalisation and conversational service products at scale, delivered Open Banking in eCommerce ahead of Amazon's UK equivalent, and owned the Google and Vertex AI strategic partnership.

He now works with consumer businesses on the practical application of AI across digital experience and commercial performance, and serves as Board Trustee and Director of AI & Digital Innovation at Your Financial Wellbeing, a regulated financial charity.
